What the quiz asks for

The assessment asks for quiz answers, an email address, and a phone number before showing the result. In the optional-phone test version, the phone field is optional. Answers are used in the browser to calculate one of three score bands: Mostly Clear, Partially Blocked, or Stuck On Repeat.

What is stored right now

At the moment, the quiz stores the assessment state, email address, and phone number only in this browser tab/session so the result can unlock. It does not yet submit those details to a CRM, email platform, spreadsheet, or server.

Videos and activation

The result videos and guided activation are hosted by Wistia. Wistia may process technical viewing information under its own privacy terms when a video or audio player loads or plays. The activation download link opens a Google Drive-hosted file supplied for this funnel.

Booking a call

Booking is handled by Calendly. Its embedded calendar and direct booking page process booking details and technical information under Calendly’s privacy terms. You can make your cookie choices in Calendly. This quiz does not automatically subscribe you to email or SMS marketing.

Local usage checks

The review build keeps a short, temporary log of funnel stages in the page for testing. That log is not a connected analytics service and does not include your contact details, score or written answers.

Before paid traffic

Connect a lead destination and update this policy with the provider name, retention rules, consent language, deletion/contact process, and any tracking details. Until then, this is a polished live review link, not a complete lead-capture system.
